Product Return Policies & Procedures
We will replace defective merchandise for a period of 10 days of receipt. Prior to returning any defective product please contact us by calling 416-850-9943.
Non-defective products returns for refund are available based on the following terms and conditions:
1. All returns must receive prior approval by phone or e-mail.
2. A 20% restocking fee will be applied against the original purchase price of the item(s).
3. No refund will be issued for any shipping or import charges.
4. Items must be returned in new condition. No refund will be issued for items which have shown obvious signs of use.
5. A copy of the original sales receipt and credit card transaction slip must accompany the product return.
6. Returns must be shipped, prepaid, to the address below. Once the product has been inspected, the applicable credit will be issued.
